India should learn from Israel: Mr. Mohan Bhagwat, RSS Chief
Mr. Bhagwat shows India the path that Israel walked on towards becoming a well-developed nation.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mr. Mohan Bhagwat was all praise for Israel in his speech while addressing a gathering of RSS volunteers on the last day of his four-day stay in Sagar.

Israel not only overcame its adversaries but now it is a well-developed country and is making excellent progress in the field of agriculture and technological advancement, he said.

Mr. Bhagwat said the country should always come first and our great leaders irrespective of their lineage have said that in no unclear terms.

Invoking legendary Bengali poet Rabindranath Tagore in support of Hindutva, the RSS chief said that in an essay written at the time of Bengal partition, Tagore had said that Hindutva was one ideology that had the capacity to take all the religions along and ensure communal harmony.

He further said the critics of RSS should come to shakhas and see for themselves how an RSS swayam sevak (volunteer) was groomed before making an opinion about the outfit and its exponents.

Mr. Bagwat also gave example of Communist Party founder MN Rai and said that he had highlighted in his book that for a country’s development, change of heart of its people with good values instilled in them was a must.
