"PCB technologies" from Israel is negotiating with an Indian partner to establish a plant for the production of printed circuit boards in India. According to the outline of the negotiations, the parties will establish a joint company in India for the production of printed circuit boards. The deal has not been finally signed.

The amount of the initial investment in the plant is expected to be $ 60 million. Most of the amount would be raised through loans from banks and financial institutions, and the balance through equity of PCB and Indian partner.

PCB Technologies estimated that in 2014 it provided about 15% in the domestic market for printed circuit boards. This means that the Israeli PCB market in 2014 amounted to about 950 million. The competition in the domestic market mainly comes from importers from the Far East, Europe and the US. Apparently, this competition is one of the reasons for the desire of PCB technologies to open a factory in India.

PCB technologies is owned by PRIORTECH (70%) and is mainly engaged in the manufacture of printed circuit boards in small and medium series and assembly of electronic cards turn-key feature which is also engaged in purchasing components. Her main expertise is in the areas of military products, medical and RF systems.
