The CEO of Start-Up Nation Central of Israel, Prof. Eugene Kandel, recently signed an MOU with Dr. Girdhar Gyani, Director General of the Association of Healthcare Providers - India (AHPI). The object of the MOU is to help Israeli Digital Health companies enter the Indian Healthcare market, and be able to establish a significant presence on the ground within a relatively short period.

During his visit to India, Prof. Kandel met with executives from hospitals and healthcare systems, and members of AHPI, presenting opportunities for collaboration with Israeli technologies and promoting Digital Health pilots, implementations and know-how. This visit follows a series of joint activities led by Start-Up Nation Central’s India Program manager Vered Mivtzari together with Dr. Gyani, exposing Israeli Digital Health companies to the framework, and demonstrating the connections that AHPI can provide.
