PBEL unveils new residential project in Chennai

The project envisages development of one, two and three BHK apartments, row houses, school and villas. Phase I has five towers including towers Argent, Aroa, Daytona, and Matira

PBEL Property Development, a JV between Israeli real estate firms PBC, Electra Real Estate Ltd, and Hyderabad based Incor Infrastructure, has unveiled a new residential project 'PBEL City Chennai' at Chennai district of Tamil Nadu.

PBEL intends to develop PBEL City Chennai -- an integrated township -- over 42 acre at the Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai, under five phases.  The project envisages development of one, two and three BHK apartments, row houses, school and villas.  Phase I has five towers including towers Argent, Aroa, Daytona, and Matira.

The real estate company, through this project, plans to invest around Rs 1,500 crore in multiple phases by 2017. The company has so far invested close to Rs 250 crore in Chennai
