Pro QC, was founded in 1984 and has become one of the key leaders in the Quality Control Industry. You will benefit from our complete range of reliable services and from the experience we’ve built over the last 33 years over various product categories: - Product Inspections, during the production or at the end of the production, to check that the quality of the products meet your specifications and international standards. - Container Loading Supervisions, to verify that the correct products and quantities are being loaded and that the correct loading methods are used to avoid any damage during handling and transportation. - Supplier Verification Services, to ensure that your potential suppliers are legally registered companies and that they are financially stable. We can also visit their premises to verify that on-site operations actually exist and that all legal documents are available. - Factory Audits, to evaluate the factories capabilities and select the best suppliers. - Product Testing to check the reliability of your products over time and verify their compliance to the applicable international standards. Etc. With those we will reduce your QUALITY RISKS and COST. All our inspectors (and auditors) are experienced engineers and problems with product conformance can be resolved fast, not just identified and reported. When using our services you’ll also benefit from our reactivity and scheduling flexibility thanks to our fully owned global network in India, Greater China, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Europe, North & Latin America. We also have operations offices in Seoul, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Delhi, Munich, Los Angeles, Chicago, Florida and Mexico. For Inspections Pro QC recommends the International Inspection Standard ANSI Z.1.4-2003 (http://proqc.com/quality-resources/ansi-sampling-tables) to determine the number of units that will be randomly selected for evaluation. Samples are checked against a detailed inspection plan for appearance, applicable functionality, packaging integrity, workmanship, etc. Defects noted are classified as major, minor, or critical depending on inspection plans. The Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) is determined by totaling the defects and using the corresponding Accept/Reject criteria within the sampling plan.
